Definition: The Rotate by action rotates an agent by roll, pitch, and heading angles, along the x, y, and z axis respectively.
Parameters: roll angle, pitch angle, heading angle: Each are of type formula, and can include a number value or a formula.
Additional Parameters: time: the rotate-by action can make the movement happen instantly (if time is 0) or it can take any amount of time to perform the animation. The slider() option in the time parameter connects the animation time to the slider located above the world, next to the other world controls.
